Like everyone, my house took 2 years to G I V E it away. Normal times it would have been 1 - 3 days. All you you can do is set tight. You really don't want to get stuck with two houses in this market. Most buyers are having a hard time getting loans. To qualify they need at least a 700 + credit score. There goes about 75% buyers. Then 20% down, there goes another 15%. That leaves the remainder as your buyers pool. There are exceptions but, VERY FEW.
