I don't know anything about this physician...but want to address the comment about "having" to go to Urgent Care. It has been my understanding here in The Villages that "if" you have something that isn't "life threatening" and your physician is full for the day that Urgent Care is the option to pursue. An personal example would be...last winter I'd developed what I believed to be bronchitis, a sinus infection along with flu-ish symptoms. Rather than call my primary I just went to Urgent Care and had it taken care of. I mainly see my primary for scheduled appointments.
