I am very saddened to hear about your home. I hope you have not lost too much. I hope you are staying somewhere safe as I imagine you were told to leave until things can be fixed? Wish I were there to offer some assistance. You also stated in your case this was a wash away as opposed to a sink hole. Would that be a case of the "fill" from the pipes being carried away by the water? I hope everything gets straightened around timely for you so you can enjoy your home again soon
