My wife uses this for motion sickness / vertigo and it has worked wonders. her doctor advised it is a safe drug without long term side effects...safe to use. We were unable to fly until she started on this medication. Her doctor also advised to use a decongestant which aids in keeping the ear canal free of fluids.
