I can't imagine how this can be seen as a 'game changer" to Romney's advantage. If he continues to concentrate his campaign on promises to repeal AHC he will be reminded of the Court's "endorsement" and hammered by the fact that there is no way he will be working with a cooperative Senate. If his superpacs use scare tactics with the costs of AHC, those claims can be convincingly refuted to discerning folks who pay attention to that and AHC benefits trumpeted. Advantage Obama.
So, Mitt, back to the drawing board. It's still about the economy, stupid.
Still a chance you can spend megamillions to fool the people enough, claiming the worst downturn since the Depression was Obama's fault and that the significant progress since has not happened. Oh, and that all the other stuff Obama did so far is meaningless or bad.
