So today I called my Villages Insurance Agent at Colony Plaza and asked her, "if a sink hole developes under my house and the whole thing falls in or maybe just a corner of it, what do I get for $22 a year?" She said I get it replaced or fixed with no OOP. If the hole is in the front yard, that would be my hole. This rate is only available on new, not resales. I'm not an insurance expert. All I know is you have to have it. She explained it well. I'm Happy.
