Have you really found some experts who say that the decision by the five members of the SCOTUS and their opinions in voting as they did are unconstitutional or incorrect interpretations of both the Constitution and the precedents they used for their decision? Really?

From what you've said, we know that your experts disagree with the five justices who affirmed the decision in favor of the four who dissented. I'd love to read what they have to say, how they argue against the majority justices. Who are they, Richie?
