The people celebrating the Supreme Courts decision fail to recognize that Chief Jutice Roberts mimicked Ponticus Pilate and created bad law becaue he wanted to de-legalize the issue and turn it over to politicains. the good news is that by returning it to the political arena he left exposed the opportunity to overturn/repeal this illegal and damaging policy
