It was Chief Justice Roberts who decided the individual mandate was a tax. The Obama administration was arguing it was Interstate Commerce.
Of course, I do not expect anyone of you wubers to understand that since you are just about hatred for anything dealing with the Obama administration. Would you be that hateful for a white Democrat president? Just asking and certainly not accusing.

I certainly would not reference a possible racial aspect of this hatred, but it is undeniably hatred. Two of our posters have already advocated breaking the law as a response to yesterday's decision. A number of these folks have guns. The upcoming Tea Party meeting should be lively. I'm going to ask one question of those folks planning on joining the angry ones at that meeting:
Do you realize that if the President were to visit Lady Lake (which is the closest he could ever get to TV), and the Secret Service were tipped off about what the angry folks had written here, unquestionably they would identify and watch those people during the visit?
Then the last question:
