You're wrong on all counts. It's was a blatant example of judicial legislating that ruled the Commerce Clause governs "lack of commerce". It changed the congressional bill into something it wasn't and redefined it's unconstitutional "penalty mandates" into a tax in violation of it's legal ability to do so.
Bringing up GW Bush constantly means nothing. So Roberts betrayed Bush's trust in him as well as betraying the trust of the country in his promise to protect The Constitution. He's a traitor to The Constitution.
