However, to stay on track with the title of the thread: No one with health insurance is going to pay the "tax". More and more people are going to be in the health insurance pool which means more money in it so you very well may see lower premiums. Remember, though, you have health insurance - no penalty tax.

Your health care positioning on coverage and taxes is plain naive and wrong. Everybody is going to lose their private health insurance in not to short an order. It'll be cheaper for companies to pay the fine (oops, I mean the "tax") than to carry employee coverage. Then the Feds take over. OH, it's a grand scheme and plan.
