Default Closing via Mail
Our closing is scheduled for September 5, and we're trying to decide if we should do it in person or by mail. Ideally we'd like to close prior to the 5th and come down for a full week around Labor Day.

Have any of you closed early via mail, and if you did were you charged the $250 fee for the change order?

In general, was the closing via mail an easy process?
