Good point... I have a call in to my sales rep and the closing office as well. When I asked them about moving up the closing date for an "in-person" closing date, I was told the $250 change order fee would be in effect.

I didn't ask about the close-by-mail fee because we weren't even considering it. But from what I've read on TOTV, it's sounds easy.
