Nobody is arguing that George Zimmerman should not get a fair trial, but lying to the judge, who will hear the case, about having $100,000 in cash and a passport is probably not a good starting point. Zimmerman's wife, who is charged with perjury, will have her first day in court next week and could also be charged with federal crimes since she was transferring the money in $9999.00 increments to avoid notifying the feds of these transactions. These two just seem a little too ethically challenged. According to today's newspaper, Judge Lester wrote "Under any definition, the defendant has flaunted the system".
