Even if I am a wannabee, that seems very unsafe to me. When I was in TV last month, I saw a golf cart driving near the square in LSL which had a baby (probably about 6 months old) sitting on the lap of an adult female passenger (possibly the baby's grandmother) in the front seat of a 4 seat golf cart. I was wondering about the safety of that.
