There was the same fear about Anthony getting a fair trial, and because of the attitudes afterwards when the verdict did not fit their guilt mindset, look what it has caused for people who receive jury summons. No one should have to live in fear for doing his/her civic duty.

My only fear for a fair trial is based on what happened after the Anthony trial. Florida needs to rethink it's Sunshine Law and seal all evidence (not discovery to the attorneys) from the public until after trials. Then trials will be conducted in a court of law, not the media.
