It really is a small world. We bought a lot in Fernandina 205 in May. Our design meeting will take place next May and home built by, maybe, Sept/Oct 2013. After that we will be visiting from time to time until we retire permanently which is about 4 to 5yrs away. I already can't stand the waiting.
