Some examples: noticing the irrigation system was leaking; finding a leak under our bathroom sink; finding doors open after hours when construction was taking place; killing fire ant mounds; finding our new furniture coverings had been taken off and disappeared and getting to the bottom of it; finding shoddy workmanshp and letting us know; waiting for furniture deliveries; fixing the timers on the watering; the list goes on. We have a brand new place and they have not missed anything in regard to ensuring it stays perfect. I am happy to highly recommend them. Charlene is a fantastic communicator and will let you know if something is wrong, if everything is fine, and she sends pictures of every issue she encounters.
