We recently had Steve Garofalo do some painting, grout repair and irrigation repair and adjusting. He was very, very reasonable and his girlfriend assists him. My wife was very comfortable when I had to leave. The work performed was excellent although slow as they are very particular. He called back promptly and arrived on time.
