Yes Bill I'm sorry that we had to charge you a service call...that was not for the labor to take it off or to put it back on or to take to be repaired or to pick it back up...the material as I said to Bill that it was not defective, if so it would be more then just the one spot..that spot was where you could put your foot up on the post while driving,etc...it could have been from someones hand that may of had some chemical or such on them...but on a reman cart the enclosure has a 6 month warranty this was over 7 but we steal took care of the problem... I try to control my temper when talking to a customer,the part of the f word over and over didn't happen and yes I did get upset and also said to him that I was sorry for that...my wife talked to him first and tryed to explain to Bill about the service call charge and he got her very upset(witch is very to do) untill she said I'll tear up the check,then she told me about it...I called him to explain that he was getting a very good deal and that we wouldn't of had to do anything but we did...We sell many cart in The Villages and have many happy customers...I have been told that the customer is alway wright,the ones that say that have never been in busy..if I have lost business because of this then so be it but now you have both sides of the story...
