We have been snowflakes since 12/10. We originally planned on renting but our daughter took up residence in 5/11 after sher was laid off. She has been working down there since the fall and now will be purchasing her own home (just in time for me to retire in November). In thinking back, we probably never would have rented, we seem to be down there like a blizzard.
