  • Lots of goofy resolutions passed by a greedy and uninformed populace, almost all cutting taxes and increasing entitlements.
  • Extensive regulation of almost everything.
  • A state legislature absolutely frozen by political division, unable and unwilling to address any of their fiscal problems in meaningful ways.
