I'm not saying that you are a racist because I'll willing to wait for further clarification but according to your post, you are saying that MANY blacks (from your first post) are enslaved, ignorant, poor and criminal due to (your preception) reliance on "a welfare system" (from your second post).
First of all, MANY (which would be numerically greater than more - which would be numerically greater than the majority) blacks are not ignorant, poor or criminal.
[No one in this country is enslaved - and to refer to African Americans as "enslaved" is particularly offensive.]
Secondly, you imply that African Americans rely on a "liberal welfare system" that has "encouraged" them to become "ignorant, poor and criminal". I'm not sure what you consider to be a "liberal welfare system". If I were to assume that you mean either transitional assistance to children and families (commonly referred to as "welfare") and/or food stamps, I would also assume that you (as a well-informed woman) would know that Causacian Americans are overwhelming the recipients of this assistance.
Additionally, since you refer to "ignorance", it appears that you're speaking about public education. Again, funding for public education overwhelming benefits Causacian Americans in ways that are too numerous to mention.
Finally, African Americans have achieved equality and deserve respect. It is not something that "will" (in the future) happen based on some awakening defined by others, except, possibly, in the minds of those who are bigots.
