I have the normal Allstar MVP remote. It just stopped working today. The 1st one for the car still works as normal, so I'd rather not re-set the codes.,
It only the 2nd remote that fails to work. I checked the batteries, they are working fine.
I looked at a couple versions of the manual online
http://www.garagedooropeners.us/PDF_...MVP_Series.pdf but I don't see the part about discovering the nine digit code. Is the code programmed in the circuit board? or are there some dip switches I can look at?
I read that i can make the wall unit inside "learn" the code from the remote, but I want to do it the opposite way, and have the 2nd remote learn the existing code without changing it.
