They are not the same price. Flood insurance depends if you are in a designated flood zone. Title insurance will assure you that several years from now a Seminole Indian can't claim your property.
As far as sink hole insurance all I can tell you is that a home in my area had to have $250k of concrete pumped in to fill a sinkhole. We read about sinkholes every day.
