Congratulations from another former NewJerseyite! We moved here 6 years ago and did basically the same thing. Settlement was @ 9am...took the check to the bank and left for TV. That was the longest 18 hour ride that we have ever been on! Was well worth it and haven't regretted a minute of our time here!
