Get it? It's sort of like 'it takes a village'. Somebody has to build the roads to get to businesses. Somebody has to lay the wires to connect the telephones and internet. I don't know how to explain it any simpler.

First of all thank you for trying to keep it simple so I can understand it!
Second, your explanation is flawed in a big way. In your view of how it was all figured out for us helpless entrepreneurs, we had to wait until the "government" came up with the internet, roads, electricity, trucks, trains you name it then and only then we started a business to use this great new thing provided us.
The real thing is those things came after small businesses created the NEED for them. They were not put there and then businesses trying to figure out how they could be used. I know you and many in the government think that roads and internet and train etc. came first but putting it "simply" small businesses needing these things because of their success and forced the old mother of invention to go to work.
Further more none, and I mean none of these "government" provided services could not exist without the taxes collected from individuals and businesses.
So to keep it as simple as I can, Government would not exist with out us feeding the machine with money.
Your belief that government somehow deserves MORE money because small businesses know what they are doing, despite governments road blocks, is fatally flawed.
Say it all you want, it does not make it true.
We are the government, not subjects of the government.
