Our water heater died Tuesday night, so we called this company for service after regular business hours. We needed someone right away because we had family from UK arriving Wed morning. Their answering service immediately contacted the on-call plumber who in turn called us to say he would be right over. Which he was. Replaced 2 heating elements and the thermostat for less than $200 including the after hours fee. Great work, great service and very pleasant people who obviously believe in customer service. We would definitely recommend them.
