What Obama did was put out eighty billion dollars of taxpayer dollars that we will never see again to buy union votes.

This was made clear when GM was not allowed to reopen its non-union plant in Moraine, MI. even though it wished to do so and none of the people employees there could transfer their seniority to another GM plant.
