My wife and I initially purchased a lot in the Village of Charlotte (since changed to Gilchrist) and I almost died when I saw that there was a 1313 Mockingbird Lane! I told her that I wanted that lot but she would agree to it due to the size...sigh. Man, I really wanted that lot...
