Michiganders: Totally agree with jimbo2012. They are so close that it doesn't matter which Village you choose. Fernandina is more built right now (more units/sections). Gilchrist only has one unit so far. The Begonia is a beautiful floor plan, but know that a golf car garage can be added to any house plan as long as your lot can accomodate it. As a matter of fact, you can bump rooms out, bump your lanai out, bump everything out as long as your lot and your wallet can take it. Good luck with your search! I'm in Gilchrist!
