We were heading back from Red Lobster on 466 and were stopped at the light at Belvedere. Notice two ladies in a golf cart (stopped) about to cross 466 towards Belvedere. The passenger got out, went to the car behind her, talked a minute, then got in the cart and they still crossed 466 anyway. But, I must admit you can get turned around real easy in Southern Trace.
What simply blows my mind is people getting a car on the cart paths. I'm sorry, but you have to be having an real "outer body experience" to not notice you are on a cart path.
