for those of us who heard what Obama said when he said it and then listen to his most recent oh this is what I meant speech.....the only dummy in the room is the one hoping to convince those who did not hear him. Those of us who did know he is backing up faster than his common sense will allow. OR......he really does think the average American is dumb.

It is occasions like this one that underscore why he uses prepared speeches for almost everything....except this time he did not.
