I have four activities and I do at least one everyday. Play softball, play golf, walking or 90 minute workout. Today it was 18 holes at Havana, tomorrow with be a 90 minute workout (in-home using resistance bands, medicine ball and hand weights), Saturday will be a softball game, and when I can fit it in the schedule I'll walk 45 minutes which covers 2-1/2 miles.
When we go to the square I'm usually amazed at the men that walk around with those huge stomachs. I'm 5'9" tall and 160 pounds and 62 years old, usually I can't keep weight on. It's all a matter of exericse, keeping active and not eating too much.
