The short version - no on-street parking in unincorporated areas of Sumter County unless specifically authorized. Lots of short term exceptions noted (i.e. loading/unloading, meter reader, yard workers, etc.)
If everyone wants to have Sumter start enforcing this--then you better have enough driveway space when you have a party because this also means your guests cannot park their cars or golf carts in front of your house
