OK, here goes......Everyone in TV must give a DNA sample. Anyone finding butts or trash turns it in to the Butt Police. They do a match and send a bill to the guilty culprit for the cost of matching plus $100. fine per butt or piece of ???. The finder gets $25. plus a box of Bill's famous popcorn and the rest of the fine goes into the amenity pool for additional amentities.  |
