As someone born and raised in New York I can tell you that when I was growing up the cab drivers were frequently Jewish and as well as other nationalities so I do not find this offensive. The accent was so funny and well done. I'm Irish and if you say that the bars in New York City were frequently Irish owner (when I was growing up) I would agree. No offense there. It is what it is.
