Our W/D is in a laundry room. We have always had it this way. I can't get accustomed to doing laundry in the garage. No offense to others but it seems to me that the garage belongs to the cars and the laundry belongs to the laundry. I also like the temperature break the laundry allows between the garage and the rest of the house. To each his/her own!
