We're moving to a designer and bringing two small house dogs (yorkie and a pom) and it will be a lease. Respecting neighbors is paramount as I plan for mine to do their "business" in my yard. . . not someone else's. We don't do walks here and won't in TV. It's out, do your business, and back inside. We'll run them at the dog parks. Hot pavement and dog paw pads don't mix! JMHO!
