You just have to be sure you don't overload it. Check the output of your inverter and calculate whatever you want to plug into it. There are several different size output inverters available. We have one that is rated at 75 watts and it is more than enough to power the LED lights around the top. I'm hoping to add some more this year. I'll share my secret formula.
Plug whatever you want and if the fuse on the inverter doesn't blow then you're good to go. If the fuse blows or trips then either reset it or replace it and remove 1 set of lights!
