Yes dilute any 35% down with "good" water and I think that I will dip my toothbrush into BS first to keep the alkalinity up. Don'r know why I haven't been doing that.. DUH! Will try the apple cider though as it sounds like a good alternative and may be even more cost efficient. Beats all the fluoride toothpastes that are still on the shelves.
We can only hope that as more people acknowledge total responsibility for their lives they will start seeing how we are being led. California has an anti-fluoride vote going at the moment I believe and hopefully more states will follow suit.
Yes, more and more people are waking up and it is through messageboards like TOTV that info is being shared. There will always be a wide spectrum of opinion, but each person can choose what feels right for them at the moment, and you can always change your mind and try something else if it starts to feel wrong.
Just have to be aware that the body can go into a "weird" place when it is eliminating "stuff" and not go into fear about that. What I do is back off for a day and see if the "weird" goes away, and then when the body stablizes, I will start again, maybe at a slower or lower rate and see what happens.
As you start to feel better, you gain more confidence in your ability to "read" your own state and that encourages you to take more ownership of your health. Lots of info out there and I always check for the pros and cons and see who is supporting what. Since the drug companies have opened up branches for "natural health products" it is getting harder to follow the money, but I tend to stay with health food stores and companies that have been around for a long time and whose products I can trust.
Sorry for the OT. I'll get off the soap box.
