Public Address Announcer Tossed by Umpire
The public address announcer at a minor league game in Daytona Beach was ejected by the home plate umpire. The home team manager was arguing a call and the announcer started playing "Three Blind Mice" over the system. The umpire apparently yelled "You're Out!" and the manager thought he had been tossed, but it was the announcer. The fans at the stadium filled in by yelling the names of players as they batted. LOL
Some people have no sense of humor, I guess.
