Thanks folks for the recommendation. Scott & Carla Brown were here today as scheduled, on time and cleaned the tile and grout throughout our entire home. They did an outstanding job and left us with floors that look better than when they were installed.We also learned from Scott that the Shark Steam cleaner we've been using has not done a very good job and is ineffective for tile floors.
