Me - I will say the people of the nation have spoken and Congress should work together for the betterment of America with give and take from both sides.

Blame ? Not sure what you mean by that but I would suppose I would blame the complete lack of any discussion of what needs to be done.
2.
What will I do ? Same as I am now unless the candidate makes such the changes that need to be made in this country and then it will be rough as we try to get rid of the deficit.
3.
Congress ? I now have to go a bit party on this, because one candidate had a chance and failed, thus if that is the way the election goes, no change or worse as that is the direction it is now going. If the other is elected, he has a mountain to climb but is better served with experience to get it done although that means very little.
