All advice appreciated.

Susan and Jim,

If you go on Find Real Estate, Homes for Sale & Houses for Rent on REALTOR.com - Realtor.comŽ, you can sign up for a service that will e-mail the new MLS listings to you. You choose a certain price range, and the e-mails will come for about 90 days, and then you have to renew again to get the listings e-mailed to you for another 90 days. I normally get between 5 to 7 e-mails a week for the MLS listing in my designated price range, and I enjoy opening them up -- especially when I'm having a bad day at work.

As other posters have said, if you want to see the listings represented by The Villages sales agents, then you would also have to work with a sales agent who works for The Villages. I also visit the The Villages web site several times a week to look at their new listings.

Kind of a pain to have to work with 2 different agents to see all the resales in TV (in my opinion), but that is how things are done in TV. And that does not include homes for sale by owner.

Good luck to you in your home search.
