These comments don't bode well for the open and free elections this country is supposed to have. Hopefully, the courts are going to decide that these laws violate the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and overturn them.
There are TWO ways to look at this. One, voter id law stops the fraud in the booth which traditionally has been to the advantage of the left and then of course your reading of it. Guess it depends on how you view it and history !
