What the OP is saying is shocking. I hope that The Villages divorces this bunch and quick. It sure does not sound good.

The OP is right about the graphics used on their site being the EXACT graphics of TV and the fact that the sales office is their agent is equally troubling.
As most know, I LOVE how things are run here, this sure looks like a fly in the ointment.
