It's shocking that so many posters on this forum don't mind seeing their taxes go up by up to $2000 per year, according to the report that came out by the Tax Policy Institute last week, not to pay down the debt or for more defense but so that Mitt Romney and other millionaires can reduce their taxes by $87,000 annually.

It's also beyond shocking that so many don't mind ending Medicare as we know it, but instead have a voucher system that will cost each of us an additional $6000 per year.

Personally $8000 per year is more than I can afford. Others must feel like easy come, easy go.
