I found some recommendations for RoMac, but certainly am not going to deal with them. Customer service doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary. If it requires a completely new installation I'll use my portable MVP buttons and forget it. Not sure if there should have been a button outside or not, but I'll be checking my neighbors tonight when I do my daily walk. In the mean time I;ll go back and search for a repairman that can handle the job. Any other suggestions??

I would give home warranty and ask them what their records show regarding an opener on the outside of your garage. If they say yes, tell them it was never installed. Can't hurt to call.
