That does sound like a lot of money, doesn't it? That comes out to an average of about $80,000 per year. Some made more, some made less. On the average, it is at the GS-12 pay scale. For an employee at the White House, that is not over paying. Sounds okay to me - as a former HR Manager in Federal government.
